 ​Empaths possess heightened sensitivity towards external stimuli, including loud sounds, dominant personalities, and tumultuous surroundings. They infuse compassion and tenderness into the world around them, feeling emotions with profound intensity.
Here are 12 additional signs that you might be an empath
  1. You have a strong sense of empathy, going beyond simply understanding others' experiences to actually feeling and experiencing their emotions as if they were your own.
  2. Intimacy and closeness can sometimes overwhelm you, making romantic relationships challenging.
  3. You possess keen intuition, often relying on your gut instincts to guide you through decisions.
  4. You find solace and rejuvenation in nature, feeling particularly drawn to natural settings for their calming and grounding effects.
  5. Crowded places, with their influx of energies and emotions, can be overwhelming and draining for you.
