Returns PolicyProducts (excluding digital downloads) can be returned within 30 days if unopened. Shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Refunds or replacements will be processed within 14 days of the item being returned.
No refunds for digital products (e.g., MP3s, hypnosis sessions, meditations, online courses).

Appointments, Cancellations & Refunds
- Payment is due before appointments or on product purchase. All prices include GST and are in NZD.
- Rescheduling: 48 hours' notice is required to reschedule.
- Cancellations: If cancelled with more than 48 hours' notice, a refund will be given minus a $30 admin fee. No refund for cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice.
- No refunds will be issued once a session has started or if you are late/miss the appointment without prior notice.
- Workshop fees are non-refundable. Missed sessions will not be rescheduled or refunded.
