Sometimes, life redirects you with a whisper instead of a roar. For me, it was a single photograph — an image that, without explanation, captured something otherworldly. That moment didn't just spark curiosity. It lit a path.
My formal journey began in Psychology, diving deep into the inner workings of the mind. I wanted to understand the invisible threads behind our thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. That led me to Hypnotherapy — a field that seemed clinical at first but quickly revealed its power to reach far beyond the conscious mind. What I didn’t expect was the spiritual dimension that emerged. During my training, I became intrigued by Past Life Regression — a therapeutic process that allows clients to access memories that feel ancient, detailed, and profoundly healing. But not everyone was open to this idea. My interest in spiritual regression wasn’t supported by my Hypnotherapy tutor, who believed the discipline should remain strictly clinical. I respectfully disagreed. I pursued further training through the American School of Hypnosis, which honoured the mind–spirit connection. I learned techniques grounded in both science and soul — inspired by pioneers like Dolores Cannon, Brian Weiss, and Michael Newton, whose work had already touched thousands. Ironically, after becoming certified, my former tutor invited me to return — to teach those very techniques. A full-circle moment. Over the last two decades, I’ve supported countless people through regression, helping them uncover the roots of lifelong fears, rediscover inner strengths, and heal from wounds carried across time. So, is this work just about the past? Not at all. It’s about the present — and how understanding your soul’s journey can liberate you here and now.

They’re gentle nudges. A whisper. A pause that suddenly feels important.
You might second-guess it. You might say, “Oh, that’s just coincidence.” But then, there’s that feeling. That warmth. A comfort that wraps around your heart and says, “You're on the right path.” You see, signs don’t appear to convince you of something. They appear when you’re already heading in the right direction. They’re the universe’s quiet way of saying: “Keep going, beautiful soul. You’re going to be alright. In fact, you’re going to be better than fine.” You don’t need to look too hard. Just open your heart, even a little. The signs are there. And when you notice them…you will feel a warm feeling. That’s your soul remembering. Trust the nudge. Honour the feeling. You are seen, you are guided, and you are never alone. - Brigid ![]() What if your soul has lived before — many times? The concept of reincarnation posits that we return to Earth in different bodies, cultures, and circumstances to learn, evolve, and complete soul contracts. Many people who fear choking or avoid wearing anything around their necks have, through regression, unearthed past life memories of strangulation or hanging. Once these are revealed and emotionally processed, the physical symptoms often disappear. Explore the Mystery of You Past Life Regression | The White Light Tunnel | Near-Death Insights Have you ever had an unexplainable fear? A strange connection to a time or place you’ve never been? Or a sense that your soul has lived before? You’re not alone — and you may be remembering. People across cultures who’ve had near-death experiences (NDEs) tell remarkably similar stories: • Floating above their body • Peace and detachment • A tunnel of radiant white light • Meeting spiritual guides or loved ones • A life review filled with deep, unconditional love These moments happen during clinical death — with no brain activity. So how are they remembered? It’s a question science can’t ignore. Your Soul Is Eternal Across time and tradition, the message is clear: You are more than your body. You are consciousness — energy — spirit. And energy doesn’t end. It transforms. Past life regression gives you a window into this deeper reality. Through guided hypnosis, you may uncover detailed memories of other lives: names, cultures, even foreign languages — that you’ve never encountered before. And sometimes, what you uncover explains the unexplainable. Heal the Past to Free the Present Fears, phobias, and emotional patterns often stem from unresolved past life trauma. Some people discover a fear of choking traces back to a lifetime ended by strangulation. Others release long-standing sadness after remembering the loss of a child in another life. Once revealed and processed, those emotional and physical patterns often dissolve. Quantum Consciousness: A New Paradigm Quantum theory suggests consciousness may not originate in the brain at all — but exist as an energetic field. Just like a radio tuning into frequencies, your mind may be accessing something beyond time. This means reincarnation isn’t just a belief — it’s a real possibility. And exploring your past lives might just be the key to understanding your current one. Boards often lack the tools—or the will—to address what’s really happening. Colleagues may be too burned out or afraid to speak honestly. And for many managers—especially women and people in values-led roles—the unspoken message is clear: "Hold it all together or quietly leave." So we do. We leave. But we carry the story with us. Shadow work—the process of facing what’s hidden or suppressed—was the only way I could make sense of what I’d been through. But healing shouldn’t be a solo mission. I believe we need safer, braver spaces to talk about power, pain, and leadership. We need new tools—not just to survive, but to lead with clarity and compassion. Rena was a program manager at a values-based organisation doing community outreach. She was passionate, smart, and deeply committed to the mission. She worked long hours—not because anyone asked her to, but because she cared. Because she believed in the cause. But the culture around her was slowly changing. The board had become disconnected. Decisions were made in closed-door meetings. Staff were burning out, but no one felt safe enough to speak up. When Rena did raise concerns, she was labelled “negative.” When she advocated for her team, she was told she wasn’t “strategic” enough. Over time, she started doubting herself. She went home exhausted, questioning whether she was the problem. Her boundaries blurred. Her confidence eroded. And still, she kept showing up—holding space for her team, trying to be the glue in an unravelling system. Eventually, Rena left. Not with anger. Not with a grand exit speech. Just quietly. No one asked her why. No one looked back. I wrote about Rena—because there are thousands of Renas. And they’re not weak. They’re not broken. They are the ones who hold the line until it breaks them. If you’ve ever felt like Rena, this book is for you. If you’re still in that space, know this: your empathy is not a liability. Your clarity is not a threat. And your voice matters—even when others try to silence it. ![]() Eclipses have long been seen as moments when the veil between the seen and unseen things. Secrets may surface, intuition sharpens, and sudden insights can light the path forward. A total lunar eclipse on March 14, 2025, at 7:58 PM (in Auckland) carries significant meanings from spiritual, environmental, and emotional perspectives. Hi everyone, I hope you are well. Here is your reading for this Total Lunar Eclipse. The eclipse energy is an opportunity to let go of things that no longer serve you, whether old habits, limiting beliefs, or emotional baggage. This might be when you experience spiritual awakenings or gain insights into your life's purpose. Shadow Work: The moon represents emotions, intuition, and the unconscious. A lunar eclipse is seen as an opportunity to face and heal your "shadow" side—the parts of yourself that are often hidden or suppressed. It's a time to bring light to your fears, doubts, and unresolved emotional issues. This is a time to close chapters in your life. This could be related to relationships, projects, or personal growth, preparing the way for new beginnings once the energy of the eclipse passes. It may stir up intense emotions, as it shines light on repressed feelings or unresolved emotional situations. You may feel more sensitive, reactive, or introspective during this time. Since the moon governs emotions, the eclipse is a powerful time for releasing emotional baggage and letting go of past hurts. This could involve forgiveness, reconciliation, or emotional cleansing. It’s common for people to experience feelings of uncertainty or a sense of transition during a lunar eclipse. You may feel like you're standing at a crossroads, unsure of which path to take. This emotional flux is natural and can be seen as a sign of personal growth and evolution. 🌑 Spiritual Practices: Moon Ritual: Light a candle and write down what you’re ready to release — fears, doubts, or past hurts. Burn the paper safely to symbolise letting go. Meditation and Visualisation: Sit in silence, visualising the moon’s shadow passing over you, washing away old energies and filling you with light as it clears. Oracle/Tarot Reading: Pull cards with the intention of gaining insight into what you need to release and where you’re being guided next. Emotional Healing:Journaling: Reflect on questions like: What emotions are surfacing? What patterns am I ready to break? Forgiveness Work: Write a letter of forgiveness to yourself or others — you don’t have to send it. It’s about freeing your heart. ![]() In numerology, the Universal Year number is calculated by adding the digits of the year together until you get a single digit (unless it’s a Master Number like 11, 22, or 33). There comes a time in life when the battles you fight are no longer against the outside world, but within yourself. The wounds you carry may not be visible, yet they shape your every action, every hesitation, every moment of self-doubt. You may feel like you must always be strong, always prove yourself, always push forward—but deep down, there is an ache you cannot ignore. This is the lesson of Chiron in Aries—the journey of healing the self, reclaiming your power, and learning that your worth is not measured by what you achieve, but by the simple truth that you exist. Perhaps you’ve felt like you had to be the strong one, the fighter, the one who always rises no matter how many times life knocks you down. You’ve learned to push through pain, to keep going, to never let anyone see the moments when you doubt yourself. But Chiron in Aries whispers a different lesson: true strength isn’t about never falling—it’s about allowing yourself to heal when you do. One day, you may reach a moment where the weight of the past catches up with you. You might feel exhausted, questioning why you still feel unworthy no matter how much you achieve. You might wonder why certain wounds refuse to close, why the old fears of rejection, failure, or invisibility still surface when you least expect them. This is Chiron calling you inward, asking you to look at the places you have ignored, the wounds you have covered with armor but never truly tended to. Healing doesn’t mean becoming someone else. It means reclaiming who you’ve always been beneath the layers of expectation, survival, and self-doubt. It means understanding that your value has never depended on how much you do or how strong you appear. You are enough simply because you exist. You don’t need to prove yourself anymore. Chiron in Aries calls you to step into your power—not through force, but through self-acceptance. It asks you to stop running, to stop proving, and instead, to start embracing yourself exactly as you are. Because your worth has never been in question. You are enough. You always have been. And as you walk your own path of healing, remember this: the wound is not your weakness. It is your power. And in that, Chiron smiles, for another soul has begun their journey of self-healing under the fire of Aries. Each of us carries a shadow—the hidden aspects of ourselves that subtly influence every moment of our lives, often without our awareness. This shadow shapes our attachments, the way we see the world, and is a key part of our identity. It emerges in our inner conversations, the assumptions we make about others, our perspectives on life, and our automatic reactions to unexpected situations. Sometimes, it gently shifts how we perceive things, altering our understanding just a little. Other times, it disrupts our very being, sparking emotional and irrational responses to otherwise insignificant events.
In simpler terms, our shadow is made up of the parts of ourselves we’ve repressed, forgotten, or been taught to ignore. This process of repression is a natural part of growing up and fitting into society. To live within a community, we must conform to its expectations and norms. Stray too far from these expectations, and we risk being excluded. Why Intuition Is Not 'Woo-Woo'—But a Practical Business Tool
Intuition often gets a bad rap in the world of business. Some view it as "woo-woo," a fluffy concept that doesn’t belong in a world driven by data, strategy, and hard facts. But in reality, intuition is far more than just a mystical or abstract idea—it’s a powerful, practical tool that can guide smarter, more aligned business decisions. At the core of our work is a belief that businesses can unlock the full potential of their intuition to drive growth, create purpose-driven success, and align decisions with their values and vision. It’s not about abandoning practicality—it's about using intuition as an additional layer to make more holistic, informed choices. The Reality of Intuition in BusinessIntuition is often dismissed in professional settings, especially when it’s compared to hard data or analytical thinking. For some, it's an uncomfortable concept, seen as something unquantifiable, unpredictable, or even irrational. But anyone who has had a “gut feeling” about a business decision that later proved to be spot-on knows that intuition is anything but irrational. Intuition is not some magical or mysterious force; it’s the product of accumulated knowledge, experience, and unconscious pattern recognition. It’s about trusting the subtle signals our brains receive based on years of learning and experience, even when we can’t articulate exactly how we know something. When used correctly, intuition doesn’t replace data—it complements it, helping us to make faster, more effective decisions that resonate deeply with our values. The Business Case for IntuitionThink about the last time you felt an immediate clarity or a strong sense of “rightness” about a decision, but couldn’t quite explain why. Maybe it was in hiring a new team member, choosing the right business partner, or deciding to pursue a new direction. That’s intuition at work—consciously or unconsciously guiding your choices. Now, contrast that with the times when you’ve ignored your gut feeling because someone shot down your ideas or because the numbers didn’t line up in the way you expected. Often, the rejection of intuition comes with an unspoken set of emotions—fear, doubt, or simply a reliance on traditional methods that feel safer or more “logical.” But those moments when intuition is dismissed often don’t lead to success. Decisions driven purely by data and logic may ignore the human and emotional aspects of business, which are just as important to long-term success. Intuition allows us to consider what’s not immediately obvious—things like team chemistry, the unspoken needs of a customer, or the unseen patterns in the market. Intuition in ActionIntuition in business is about making decisions that feel right on a deeper level, even when all the data doesn’t align. It’s about recognizing patterns, trusting your instincts, and using your inner wisdom as a guide. Leaders who integrate intuition into their decision-making process are often better at reading people, adapting to change, and navigating ambiguity—critical skills for today’s fast-paced, unpredictable business environment. Think of it as an additional sense—one that doesn’t replace logic but enhances it. While data provides insights into the past and present, intuition helps you navigate the future. Moving Beyond the “Woo-Woo” MentalitySo, the next time someone scoffs at intuition in the business world, remember that what they’re really rejecting is not intuition itself but the outdated belief that only concrete, data-driven decisions matter. In reality, intuition is a concrete tool that can guide smarter, more aligned choices. It can help business leaders connect more deeply with their teams, make quicker decisions, and drive success in a way that’s both strategic and human-centered. When used wisely, intuition isn’t just a "nice to have"—it’s a competitive edge. Embracing intuition in business is not about throwing out data or ignoring logical processes. It’s about blending the best of both worlds to make decisions that resonate with your values, vision, and long-term goals. In the end, intuition is one of the most powerful, yet often overlooked, resources in business. The sooner we embrace it as a practical tool, the sooner we’ll unlock the true potential of our leadership and decision-making.
