 Why is the past knocking on your door?
​"I thought I'd moved on from that."
Have you caught yourself saying that recently?

Or maybe you've found yourself unexpectedly emotional over something that normally wouldn't bother you.

Mercury Retrograde isn't something to fear. It happens several times each year and simply asks us to slow down, pay attention, and notice what we're being shown.
This time, Mercury is travelling through Cancer, the sign of emotions, home, family, childhood memories and emotional security.
Instead of asking,
"What do I think?"
Cancer asks,
"What do I feel?"
Sometimes our heart knows the answer before our mind catches up.

It's time to protect your peace.
Choose your battles wisely.
Not every opinion deserves your energy.
Not every text needs an immediate reply.
Sometimes silence speaks louder than words.

It simply says...
Slow down.
Read every contract.
Double-check emails.
Confirm appointments.
Ask questions.
Trust your intuition—but back it up with practical action.
